本文〔1 〕是文献〔2〕的英译本。Remittance Certificates即汇银执据，简称「银据」，就是邮政汇票。本文〔1，2〕所提到的两张「银据」是旅美邮学家兼集邮家，张恺升（Paul K. S. Chang）所藏。
